Driving Principles

We design beautiful, durable and economical buildings

We analytically program buildings and sites

We plan buildings and communities in an environmentally sustainable manner, reducing the use of limited natural resources in their construction and operation

We have domestic and international experience in master site planning and building design

We have exceptional capabilities in design workshop leadership

We hold a highly developed understanding of the shared needs within Design/Build partnerships

If we can do work that we are good at and enjoy doing it, what is better than that?

We gain satisfaction by humbly serving those who call on us, to exercise the gifts that God has given us.

why does design matter?

Design tells our stories

Design serves our needs

Design keeps us safe

Design embodies our dreams

do you know what you are missing?

Many people do not know what they are missing.  There is so much bad design in the world that we are forced to accept.  The un-designed, the accidental and the poorly designed consume as many resources as the well designed, and they give less joy.

Spend the same or less – get more.

Common sense or uncommon sense?

Each of us has some special skill, something that we can offer that takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary.  Some can bake a master cake, others can play a song to give us delight.  We use uncommon sense to help you achieve in your building what others may not be able to see.
