When Mimi Massucci decided to start her own hair salon she came to us. Mimi needed architectural and electrical design plans for approval by the municipality and to guide the contractor renovating the existing space.
We collaborated with Mimi to give her an affordable design to help get her business started.

Desi and Alex Kramer opened Oakdale Kid’s Korner inside of a converted house across the street from their insurance business in Oakdale PA. We prepared documents to help them to get the approval of this building for daycare use from the state of Pennsylvania.
After a few years they decided to move their insurance business to the same location. We worked with Desi and Alex to design a joint facility which could allow the daycare to remain in operation during construction. We were able to help them to achieve their goals by designing a two-part building which allowed them to phase the construction.
The new daycare component was constructed behind the original facility. Once it was occupied, the original daycare building walls and roof were demolished and the insurance and travel office was built on its foundations, using the original floor structure.
This building was recently sold by the Kramers and will be converted into a veterinary clinic.
This business on a main thoroughfare needed a facelift. We proposed the strong Greco-Roman temple theme to correspond to the Capital in the business name.
